Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure any client facing time, Isis requires the client to advance 50% of the fee at the time of booking.

The balance is due at the time of delivery.

Once the initial deposit has been received, the booking is not transferrable nor is it cancellable apart from in the following circumstances:-

• Force majeure
• Illness backed up by a Doctors Certificate
• Family emergencies including illness and bereavements

Please note that these terms in no way effect your statutory rights under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
