About Isis Isis is led by Jonathan Bowder who has an exceptional record of developing people from all walks of life and from all corners of the globe. Jonathan developed and ran a successful business in India, Africa, the Middle East and Europe and used all of his skills in NLP and from the wider field of personal development in order to leverage the spectacular results that he has achieved. He has had the privilege of working with NLP Master Trainer David Shephard at The Performance Partnership, one of the world’s leading NLP institutes. After attending a range of David’s NLP trainings, Jonathan joined the business and served as their business development and then client experience manager. As well as accelerating the organisations sales, Jonathan coached and mentored Performance Partnership clients as well as training and coaching on several of their Certification programmes and in - company trainings. He also developed and co trained the ‘Selling Magically’ training with David which has been brought out subsequently as an audio product. After spending a decade researching accelerated personal development and working with one of the best NLP trainers, coaches and therapists in the world, Jonathan knows exactly what needs to happen in order for people to access their true potential and accelerate the results that they get. He freely shares all of his experiences and knowledge with his clients and has their evolution and long term success as a goal that he tirelessly strives to facilitate. He is a personal development expert who believes passionately that the human spirit and potential within us all mean that anything is possible. He is a tough yet caring coach who regularly combines a natural humour and gregariousness with a structured and grounded ‘no nonsense’ approach.  Jonathan is a keen marathon runner who recently ran his first Ultra Marathon and is in training for the 2009 100Km Comrades race in South Africa. He is a keen amateur author who is developing his first novel and poetry anthology under the tutelage of published writers. He also has a voracious appetite for the many cultural pursuits that London has to offer which is perfectly counterbalanced by the loyal support of his first love Sunderland Football club. He lives in the leafy suburbs of South West London with his wife Sinead, surely the most beautiful company secretary in the world!
